Bio - Stella Riggi, CRHA

An engaged manager in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), I am a catalyst for change in Human Resources. Graduate in  Industrial Relations and member of the Ordre des CRHA, I combine coaching, facilitation, and collective intelligence to create inclusive learning environments. With over 30 years of strategic experience, including work with an international accounting firm and a federal Crown corporation, I now energetically operate as an entrepreneur specializing in EDI, training, and co-development.

As the leader of the Big Bloom collective for Quebec, I organize collective intelligence seminars where participants work in teams on solidarity-driven challenges focused on social innovation.

My conviction in the unique value of each individual fuels my passion for EDI. As the daughter of a first-generation Italian father who dedicated his career to cultural communities and as a mother raising two young girls of Chinese origin, I strive to be vigilant against unconscious biases and prejudices and am actively interested in neurodiversity.

An esteemed contributor, expert, and passionate advocate, I seek the authenticity needed to guide organizations toward an inclusive and equitable future. I partner with clients who share this vision and sincere commitment to positive transformation.
